Accessibility Statement
We want every patient to be able to use our website and visit our Brooklyn office comfortably.

Our Commitment
Mega Vision Center is a low vision and eye care practice, so accessibility is central to what we do. We work to keep megavisionbrooklyn.com usable for people with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard.
What We Have Implemented
Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate pages, keyboard-operable menus, links and forms, visible focus indicators, form labels tied to their inputs, and color combinations chosen for contrast against their background.
The site is responsive, so text reflows and remains readable when zoomed or viewed on a phone. Browser zoom and system font-size settings are respected.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is continuous rather than finished. We review new pages as they are published and correct issues as we find them, including in older imported blog content.
Accessibility at Our Office
Our optical at 187 Avenue U is at street level near the Avenue U subway and bus stops. If you need extra assistance during your visit — help with paperwork, a family member or aide in the exam room, larger-print materials, or additional time — tell us when you book and we will arrange it.
Third-Party Content
Some features rely on third-party services such as maps and embedded review content. We do not control their code, but we are happy to provide the same information in another format on request.
Report a Barrier
If any part of this website or our office is difficult for you to use, please call (718) 373-2020 or stop by during our hours (Mon–Sat 10AM–7PM, Sun 12PM–5PM). Tell us the page and what happened, and we will help you get the information you need and fix the issue.
